Jobs are pieces of work to keep track of, such as fixing the gutter or repainting, with a photo, budget, contractor and status. A task list groups together actions to tick off, which can be assigned, repeat or be triggered with every stay.

Can a task be assigned to several people?

Yes, a task list can be assigned to one or more members. Each of them gets a notification. Jobs, on the other hand, aren't assigned: everyone keeps track of them together.

Can we add photos?
