Cazmate is a web and mobile app (iOS and Android) that brings the running of your shared house into one place. It only takes three steps:

No. Cazmate isn't a rental platform like Airbnb. Cazmate is a management tool for houses shared between people who know each other: family, friends, or co-owners in joint ownership. You organise your stays, split the costs and look after the upkeep between yourselves. No transactions with third parties.

WhatsApp is handy for chatting, but information gets lost in it. There's no way to see who's coming when, keep track of expenses or find the plumber's number six months later. Cazmate keeps everything organised:

Yes. Cazmate works directly in your browser on a computer. On mobile, you can also use the browser or download the iOS app (App Store) or Android app (Google Play). Everything syncs automatically across all your devices.

As many as you like. Your first house is free for life. Each additional house needs its own subscription, at €89/year.

No. The subscription is tied to the house, not to people. All invited members get free access to the house's features. Any member of the house, guests included, can take out the subscription: it covers the whole house.

Yes, anywhere in the world. All you need is an internet connection. Cazmate is available in French and English.
